The Philosophy
At the Club, success is measured not only by results on the field, but also by dedication, personal growth and the values demonstrated throughout the season.
Each year, at our End-of-Season Awards Ceremony, we celebrate the achievements of our players across every age category. These awards recognise excellence, improvement and outstanding character, encouraging every player to strive for their personal best.
Recipients are selected through a combined vote by the coaching team and fellow players — recognising technical performance and the respect earned from teammates.

Coaches shortlist candidates from every age group across the season.
Teammates vote — respect earned on the pitch counts as much as goals scored.
The coaching team reviews performance data, attitude and commitment.
Winners are unveiled at the End-of-Season Awards Night.
